Overview

On a humid summer night in the middle of monsoon season, a drug-addicted woman sits alone in a dark room and injects herself with a syringe. A sudden crash of thunder startles her, and the syringe slips from her hand. As she reaches down to retrieve it, she happens to glance toward the apartment building across the way.
